SharePoint and Power Platform Engineer

Your main responsibilities:
1. Further develop, continuously optimize, and ensure smooth operations with the DMS, SharePoint, Power Platform, and Microsoft 365 environment
2. Analyze, design, implement, and technically manage ICT projects in the SharePoint and Power Platform environment
3. Support automation and digitalization of processes using Power Platform and scripting
4. Handle and resolve incidents in 2nd and 3rd level support
5. Create and maintain technical documentation
6. Closely collaborate with internal departments to implement requirements effectively and to turn their needs into digital solutions
Your qualifications and experience:
7. Relevant Swiss working/residency permit and/or Swiss/EU-Citizenship required;
8. Completed education in IT or equivalent qualification with at least 2+ years of experience in relevant field
9. Strong practical experience with Microsoft 365, especially SharePoint Online and Power Platform
10. Very good knowledge of PowerShell and JavaScript for automation and extending M365/SharePoint solutions
11. Experience with structured data formats such as JSON and XML
12. Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented working style
13. Ability to explain complex technical topics in an understandable way
14. Team-oriented, independent, and reliable personality
15. Very good German (spoken and written) and good English skills
