Job Description/Responsibilities
Bio: Responsible for achieving and exceeding BCSP targets while addressing any identified gaps. The individual will lead portfolio and category development, oversee the pan-EU brand planning process for each fiscal year, and coordinate and prioritize pan-EU ATL and trade programs for all key brands.
* Identify regional consumer and shopper drivers to enhance the growth of existing brands. Monitor market trends and consumer behavior to identify opportunities. Facilitate the pan-EU brand planning process for each fiscal year. Lead collaboration with commercial and distributor teams to ensure the timely implementation of fiscal year toolboxes, annual brand plans, and quarterly business reviews.
* Build and maintain an EU NPV model to guide investment decisions that support growth. Implement a zero-based budgeting methodology to optimize AMP ROI. Develop a demand forecasting methodology to enhance the ROS performance of all priority brands. Coordinate and prioritize EU 4/2/1 initiatives. Manage and prioritize pan-EU ATL and trade programs for all priority brands.
* Establish clear and organized priorities for yourself. As a priority team leader, identify the key team members critical to achieving success. Clearly define the roles of each team member and ensure they understand their responsibilities. Regularly monitor team progress in relation to these priorities.
* Monitor performance against the BCSP and prioritize brand and country plans for the next 3 to 5 years. Analyze brands and countries to pinpoint sources of growth for both volume and profit. Establish AOP volume targets and AMP to align with BCSP curves for each market. Serve as the primary point of contact for distributor teams, acting as a control tower for brand planning and implementation.
* Develop strategic brand plans and annual marketing initiatives for assigned brands that align with and support long-term objectives. Create a comprehensive playbook for promotional strategies aimed at driving portfolio growth, including pricing and merchandising considerations. Collaborate in the development of retailer and channel strategies for each priority brand and market to enhance physical availability, brand visibility, and KCP coverage.
* Follow company protocol for conceiving, planning, developing, launching, and executing new innovation projects. This encompasses strategy, design, procurement, compliance, forecasting, costing, pricing, and production planning, as well as coordination of item setup. Additionally, manage TM communication and monitoring.
* Manage creative design and development activities for brand projects and initiatives. Establish clear metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of brand communications, enabling ongoing enhancements to the impact of brand activation.
* Ensure all assets are continuously up-to-date across all channels and there is continuous test and learn mechanics to ensure we have the most effective means of driving purchase through this channel.
* Identify career goals and desired career paths to pursue in collaboration with your manager and direct reports. Document these goals within CDS, and actively work on developing skills to achieve the specified objectives. Provide coaching to team members to support them in reaching their career development goals.
* Ensure the development of a prioritized PDS plan that includes clear ownership, commitment, and the ongoing documentation of progress in skill development. It is important that all direct reports receive constructive feedback on their performance and have development plans in place to enhance at least one level of competency each year.

* 5 years Marketing, New Product Development or Project Management experience, at least
* 5 years Business experience, at least
* 3 - 5 years’ experience with Marketing Budgeting
* Strong ability in self-management and managing schedules to achieve results
* Detail Oriented
* Strong computer skills and high comfort using technology and systems
* Bachelor’s Degree or commensurate experience
* Willingness to travel when required
* Excellent oral & written communication skills
* Demonstrate the ability to work as a team as well as self-directed
* Ability to handle multiple tasks at one time
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
* Good time management skills and the ability to prioritize
PREFERRED
* Experience in Alcohol Beverage Industry, CPG, FMCG/consumer industries overall
* 5 years’ implementation or project management experience
* 3 - 5 years P & L Experience
