Production Operator (M/F/D)
Job Summary
As a Production Operator (M/F/D), you are responsible for operating an automated production line, working in 4x8 shift patterns.
A day in the life of a Production Operator (M/F/D)
Operate automated production equipment independently
Replenish production lines
Manage raw material stock using computer systems
Analyse various causes of breakdowns and report issues
Perform adjustments and first-level maintenance
Contribute to the implementation of TPM (Total Performance Management) methodology
Carry out and document quality controls
Ensure information transfer during shift handovers
Participate in continuous improvement within the existing structure
Ensure proper application of 5S (organisation system) and cleaning of lines.
Your strengths for success
Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) as Operator on Automated Machines (OMA) or training in a technical/food sector
Experience in the food or pharmaceutical industry
Excellent command of spoken and written French
Possession of a driving licence and access to a vehicle
Initiative and autonomy
Knowledge of SAP is an advantage
Proficiency in standard IT tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
