This role functions as an “air traffic control” point across the organization, ensuring priorities are clearly defined, dependencies are actively managed, risks are mitigated, and initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.The Strategic Initiatives Project Manager partners closely with executive leadership, operational teams, and support functions to translate strategy into execution, while driving accountability, visibility, and sustainable adoption of change across the organization.How You Will Make a DifferenceOwn end-to-end execution of strategic initiatives, managing both discrete projects and complex, cross-functional programs across the full lifecycle.Act as a centralized coordination hub (“air traffic control”), aligning timelines, priorities, and resources across departments to ensure seamless execution and avoid bottlenecks.Drive structured change management, ensuring initiatives are not only delivered, but effectively adopted, embedded, and sustained within operations.Lead governance and execution cadence, including project reviews, status reporting, and executive updates to ensure transparency and decision‑making at the right levels.Facilitate cross‑functional alignment, leading meetings, workshops, and working sessions to resolve issues, remove blockers, and maintain forward momentum.Manage financial and operational performance of projects, including budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation, ensuring alignment with organizational targets.Partner with finance and business leaders to analyze performance, identify risks, and proactively course‑correct to maintain delivery and financial outcomes.Proactively identify dependencies, risks, and constraints, and drive mitigation strategies to protect timelines and outcomes.Continuously improve project delivery frameworks, introducing scalable processes, tools, and best practices that enhance execution across the organization.Adapt to evolving business priorities, supporting organizational growth through cross‑functional collaboration and flexible resource alignment.Ensure compliance with all regulatory, legal, and internal standards applicable to project execution.RequirementsBachelor’s degree required; business, operations, healthcare, or related field preferred.2–5 years of experience in project management, operations, consulting, or strategic initiatives, ideally in a fast‑paced or high‑growth environment.PMP or similar certification preferred.Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives and drive change across an organization, not just manage tasks.Strong ability to bring structure to ambiguity, translating complex problems into clear plans, timelines, and ownership.Experience operating in a high‑accountability, metrics‑driven environment, with exposure to financial and operational performance.Proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership, without direct authority.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to synthesize and present information clearly to executives.Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.Ownership mindset with a focus on outcomes, not just activity.Physical DemandsWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear; and use hands to manipulate objects or controls. The employee is regularly required to move about freely in typical office settings.
