It is part of a broader transformation programme involving global HR alignment, process standardisation, and the rollout of group values across sites.This position combines strategic input with operational execution, supporting management while ensuring effective day-to-day HR delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesHR Operations & AdministrationManage the full employee lifecycle (contracts, onboarding, absences, leave, sickness, and offboarding)Maintain employee records and ensure HR administrative complianceProvide HR support and guidance to employees and managersPayroll & Social AdministrationPrepare and control monthly payroll inputs and checksManage Swiss social security administration (AVS, AC, APG, LAA, family allowances)Perform monthly reconciliations and ensure data accuracyRecruitment & Talent AcquisitionDraft and publish job advertisementsScreen applications and conduct interviewsSupport hiring managers throughout the recruitment processHR Business PartneringAct as a trusted advisor to local management and participate in management meetingsContribute to decision-making at site levelSupport leadership in people-related topics and organisational developmentGlobal HR Projects & Continuous ImprovementContribute to global HR initiatives and group-wide alignmentSupport the rollout of policies, processes, and group values across sitesAdapt global HR frameworks to the Swiss contextDrive continuous improvement of HR processes at site and group levelCompliance & ReportingEnsure HR compliance and support audit preparationMaintain accurate reporting and HR KPIs where requiredProfile & RequirementsMinimum 5 years of experience in a similar HR generalist roleStrong hands-on HR experience, combining administration, payroll, and employee relationsIdeally holding a Swiss HR federal certificate (Brevet fédéral RH - completed or in progress) or equivalentStrong communicator, able to work independently and engage with managementComfortable in a transformation environment and evolving organisational setupExperience in supporting change, process improvement, and HR systemisationFluent in French and English (German is a plus)Strong numerical and analytical skills; accounting exposure is an advantageExperience in industrial or manufacturing environments is a plus jid5c256fcafr jit0418afr jpiy26afr
