This internship offers a unique opportunity to work on substantive, complex-programme material within a specialist team. You will build and deliver a structured knowledge base and financial model documentation that directly serves ongoing analytical work in the nuclear division.
What you will do:
Systematically catalogue existing economic and financial material, applying a defined taxonomy to make content navigable and usable for the team
Document the architecture of existing financial models — mapping inputs, outputs, calculation logic, and known limitations in clear, professional language
Compile a gap and open issues register, capturing what exists, what is incomplete, and what requires further development
Deliver a structured knowledge folder as the final internship output
What you bring & who you are:
Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree in Engineering, Finance, Economics, or a related quantitative field
Advanced Data Analytics knowledge, comfortable navigating complex workbooks, interpreting formulas, and understanding model structure at an architectural level
Understanding of core financial concepts: DCF, NPV, IRR & WACC
Strong documentation skills, with a structured problem-solving approach and attention to detail
Fluent in German and English
