DAS KANNST DU BEWEGEN
* Be the interface: As an IT consultant, you are the link between departments and implementing IT, and you also actively shape the transformation of our customers from various industries in their core processes and applications to accompany them into the digital world.
* Move business topics: At our customers in the public administration, you move business topics and design the corresponding business processes, choose the appropriate technologies, and test our IT solutions.
* Strategically advise: You take over strategic consulting in the alignment and design of IT for our customers.
* Analyze and conceptualize: The analysis, modeling, and redesign of processes, components, and systems are just as much part of your tasks as the conception and requirements management of IT systems.
* Define and transform solutions: Define technology stacks and development environments and convert processes into service functions, components, and architectural solutions.
* Evaluate and take responsibility: Test management and evaluation of IT security are part of your area of responsibility. You also take over partial project management and team leadership and handle project controlling.
* Presales support: To promote our sales and business development, you support acquisition and presales activities. At the customer, you work actively on building a network and are able to generate leads.

* Solid knowledge: You have a degree in economics with a minor in computer science, (business) computer science, or a comparable qualification.
* Passion for digital transformation: The eye for the essential and the passion for digital transformation processes are just as important as the desire to think about new topics and discover new technologies, tools, etc.
* Consulting experience: You can demonstrate at least two experiences in consulting public administration or project management of IT projects as well as in the realization of application systems based on J2EE and/or .NET, either through professional activities or, for example, through private/scientific projects. Specialist knowledge and process know-how in public administration.
* Methodical knowledge: Knowledge in the areas of business analysis, process analysis and modeling, requirements engineering, and design specification.
* Soft skills: You also score with great eagerness to learn, your open, communicative, and helpful nature, as well as your design and analytical-conceptual skills.
* Certificates: You have already successfully completed a certification as a Certified Project Manager (IPMA Level D), PMP CAPM, or Hermes Foundation, or are willing to do so.
* Language skills: Very good German and good English skills, French skills are an advantage.
* Flexibility: You are willing to work with customers and like to work in agile teams.
