As Finance Manager of our national company in Switzerland, you will be responsible for accounting and FP&A as well as local legal & compliance issues. As a Finance Business Partner, you will be an integral part of the local management team and support the management and local teams in achieving their financial and profitability targets. In addition, you and your team ensure the application and correct implementation of group and local finance processes. You will also work closely with finance stakeholders from SKIDATA & ASSA ABLOY.

* Responsibility for accounting, FP&A processes and other financial issues
* Ensure compliance with local regulations and group policies
* Optimization of processes in cooperation with departments and interfaces in the country and the group, including logistics and order management
* Partner to the local management in budget and forecast processes and responsibility for the month-end closing
* Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, such as customers, suppliers, authorities, tax advisors and auditors
* Leading the local finance and admin team

* Completed studies in business administration or equivalent training
* Sound knowledge & relevant further training in the areas of accounting, taxes and FP&A
* Experience in preparing monthly and annual financial statements, tax returns, and budget and financial forecasts
* Work experience in a similar position, ideally with management experience
* Process-oriented way of working with experience in process optimization and in dealing with ERP systems (e.g. MS Dynamics AX2012, Oracle HFM is an advantage)
* Leadership skills, team orientation and assertiveness
* High accuracy, analytical thinking and a structured way of working
* Fluent in German and English; Other language skills (e.g. French) are an advantage
