Your responsibilities:
1. Management of one or more product development projects
2. Ensures delivery and definition of project deliveries including product requirements and specifications in alignment with internal and external stakeholders & suppliers
3. Identification, mitigation and impact analysis of project risks, issues and management of their mitigations
4. Planning and controlling the project budget and resources
5. Monitor the progress of the project against the project plan and ensure the timely delivery of work packages and their quality, also with external partners
6. Leading and managing the project team with matrix organization
7. Strong collaboration with internal stakeholders & suppliers
Your background:
8. Sc. or B.Sc. degree in Engineering, Natural Science or related disciplines (PhD also ok)
9. 5 years of relevant work experience in IVD product development and production engineering
10. Knowledge of Process Management methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.) and in-vitro diagnostic related regulations, such as ISO, IVDR, FDA CFR part etc.
11. Experience in external manufacturing collaborations
12. Ability to think strategically and systemically, willingness to try new ideas and participate in changes
13. Strong leadership skills including the ability to get things done with a proven track record of consensus building and conflict management in challenging situations
14. Self-motivated, autonomous, structured and goal-oriented mindset with a solution oriented balance of short term mitigation and long term solution
15. Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization and external stakeholders by establishing credibility and building rapport
16. Executive presence, performing well under pressure and decisiveness
17. Excellent communication skills in English
