 
        
        We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role involves supporting both administrative and finance functions, ensuring accurate data entry, timely invoicing, and smooth communication with clients and suppliers. The ideal candidate is bilingual (French and English), well organised, and motivated to contribute to a fast-growing entrepreneurial environment.
A strong ability to take charge and meet tight deadlines will ensure your success in this multi-faceted role.
Responsibilities
 * Handle and coordinate active calendars
 * Schedule and confirm meetings
 * Ensure file organization based on office protocol
 * Provide ad hoc support around office as needed
Qualifications
 * CFC in Administration or Finance, Bachelor's degree or
 recent university graduate
 * Fluency in 
 French and English
 (oral and written)
 * Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
 * Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and comfort learning new software (WinBiz, Odoo is a plus)
 * Professional and proactive communication skills
 * Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
