We're looking for ambitious students to join our 2026 Corporate and Institutional Clients (CIC) Graduate Talent Program in Switzerland.
You’ll get to
* handle the entire day-to-day business of the corporate client advisor
* support the client advisor in providing professional and success-oriented advice to corporate clients
* analyze, clarify, and develop solution proposals for financing issues and the annual loan submission
* prepare offers for the entire product range for corporate clients (including investments, foreign exchange hedging, cash management, etc.)
* prepare and follow up on customer meetings, as well as participate in them
* create professional client presentations to support the consultant\'s strategic dialogue with company owners and/or company directors
Your team
You’ll be working in the Corporate & Real Estate team in the region of Central Switzerland. We are a diverse and friendly team that will support your future career into the right direction! We’re responsible for business clients from small start-ups and enterprises to large corporate clients. We provide our clients with comprehensive, integrated solutions in Switzerland and by accompanying them on potential expansions abroad.
Your expertise
We’re looking for a candidate who
* has completed their bachelor\'s or master\'s degree within the last 18 months
* has a competitive minimum GPA of 4.5 according to the Swiss grading system
* has an interest in the financial sector, preferably with initial experience through an internship in the finance or banking sector
* demonstrates strong customer orientation, openness, communication skills, good team spirit, a confident demeanor, quick comprehension, initiative, and a wide range of interests
* possesses good analytical skills and a good knowledge of MS Office
* is proficient in German and English
