Y our responsibilities will include:
Fuelmanagement & Finesmanagement
* Administration and dispatch of fuel cards
* Processing and coordination of fines
Vehicle & fleet management (Ayvens Flex Rentals)
* Vehicle fleet support and reservation management
* Support with vehicle delivery, damage claims, and complaints
* Maintenance and updating of fleet and price data
Document & mail management
* Administration and dispatch of on-board documents
* Processing, archiving, and digitization of documents and mail
Front office & administrative tasks
* Support with contract changes and administrative processes
* Administration of access and parking permits
* Receiving and forwarding calls and general correspondence
* Organization of office supplies and infrastructure
Your Profile:
* Commercial training or comparable qualification (commercial diploma)
* Very good German and English skills, French and/or Italian skills are an advantage
* Ideally, experience in the automotive or financial services industry
* Precise, careful, and independent way of working
* Sound knowledge of MS Office
Citrix/SAP experience is an advantage
