BioTalent are looking for a motivated QC Bio-Chemistry professional to join a dynamic team in March 2026.
Your responsibilities:
Implement and validate analytical methods (focus on ELISA) in compliance with GMP & safety guidelines
Perform routine analytics, method transfer, and accurate documentation
Maintain lab equipment, ensure cleanliness, and support continuous quality improvement
Your profile:
Completed training as a laboratory assistant in chemistry, biology, or similar field
Solid biochemistry knowledge; GMP experience a strong advantage
Independent, precise, and reliable working style
Team-oriented, proactive, and communicative
Fluent in German with good English skills

Ihre Aufgaben:
Implementierung und Validierung analytischer Methoden (Schwerpunkt ELISA ) unter Einhaltung der GMP- und Sicherheitsrichtlinien
Durchführung von Routineanalysen, Methodentransfers und sorgfältige Dokumentation
Wartung von Laborausrüstung, Sicherstellung von Ordnung und Sauberkeit im Labor
Unterstützung bei der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Qualitätsprozesse
Ihr Profil:
Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Laborant/in Chemie, Biologie oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Biochemie, Erfahrung im GMP-Umfeld von Vorteil
Selbstständige, präzise und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
Teamfähig, kommunikativ und engagiert
Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, gute Englischkenntnisse
