HUBLOT is looking for new talent:

Head of Media (M/F)

The role will be:

* Based in Nyon, Switzerland
* Part of the Marketing department
* Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer

The Head of Media is a leadership role within the Marketing HQ Department, responsible for developing and executing the brand's overall media strategy, ensuring maximum reach and impact across all relevant channels. This position requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the luxury media landscape, both traditional and digital, and a proven ability to lead and inspire a team. The ideal candidate will be data-driven, results-oriented, and possess a strong understanding of luxury brand codes. The Head of Media will be instrumental in building brand awareness, driving engagement, and ultimately, contributing to sales growth.


Job responsibilities


You will enhance our H-icons:

* Develop and implement a comprehensive, integrated media strategy aligned with the brand's overall marketing objectives and budget.
* Identify and evaluate the most effective media channels to reach target audiences, including print, digital (display, social, search, programmatic), out-of-home (OOH), and emerging platforms.
* Define media objectives, target audience segments, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
* Oversee all media buying and execution, ensuring optimal rates and placement worldwide.
* Negotiate contracts with media vendors and agencies to secure the best possible terms.
* Manage media budgets effectively, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial guidelines.
* Collaborate with internal teams (such as Creative, PR, Commercial & Retail) to ensure seamless integration of media campaigns.
* Lead the development and execution of the brand's digital media strategy, display advertising, and programmatic buying.
* Implement and manage performance marketing campaigns to drive website traffic, lead generation, and sales.
* Analyze campaign performance data and provide regular reports and insights to the CMO and marketing team and make data-driven recommendations to optimize media campaigns and improve performance.
* Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities and stay up to date with the latest developments in the media industry and emerging technologies.
* Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 3-4 media professionals.


Profile


You are:

* Passionate. This is a must.
* Qualified. Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
* Experienced. At least 10 years of experience in media planning, buying, and execution, preferably within the luxury industry or a premium brand environment.
* Results-driven. With a proven track record of successfully developing, executing, and optimizing integrated media strategies across multiple channels.
* Bilingual. Full professional fluency in English and French is essential. Additional languages are a strong plus.
* Media-savvy. With a deep understanding of both traditional (print, OOH, TV) and digital media ecosystems.
* Data-oriented. Strong experience in performance marketing, data analytics, measurement, and reporting to drive continuous improvement.
* Strategic thinker. Able to analyze complex data, identify insights, and translate them into clear, impactful decisions.
* Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire, structure, and develop high-performing teams.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with strong stakeholder management abilities.
* Comfortable thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and building strong relationships with both internal teams and external partners.
* Technically proficient. Skilled in media planning tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media analytics, DSPs).
* Not afraid of the unknown, willing to challenge the status quo and test new approaches.
* Eager. Ready to take ownership, make an impact, and become our next Head of Media.
