Technical Leadership
Provide expertise in AVI systems, including equipment performance, vision technologies, and optimization. Collaborate with vendors and technical teams to design and customize AVI equipment, including machine qualifications, software configuration, and vision system optimization Oversee the equipment build phase, including mechanical and software integration as well as factory acceptance testing (FAT).
Project Management
Lead and coordinate technical projects, ensuring timelines, milestones, and deliverables are met. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to address progress and resolve build-phase challenges.
Problem-Solving & Standardization:
Translate technical concepts into business solutions to meet project objectives.
