Your Responsibilities:
* Deliver an exceptional customer experience through personalized advice and upselling
* Operate the cash register efficiently and accurately
* Meet and exceed sales KPIs and targets
* Develop and maintain the customer database (CRM)
* Assist in visual merchandising, ensuring store layout and product displays align with brand standards under the guidance of the shop manager
