This is you
11. Proven experience of at least 5 years in product management, ideally in a similar environment
12. University degree in engineering construction, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, with an affinity for building construction and finishing trades
13. Possess knowledge of construction trade-specific measurement tools (HW/SW) and processes
14. Apply an entrepreneurial mindset, being customer-oriented, pragmatic, and solution-driven
15. Work in a structured and pragmatic way, driving topics end-to-end
16. Ability to communicate effectively to different audiences
17. Engage directly with customers for support and analysis of workflows
18. Turn market requirements into product MVPs and derive technical specifications
19. Demonstrate affinity for software, software development, and process tools
20. Fluent German and business-proficient English
