About the Role
We are seeking a visionary and data-driven
Head of Digital Marketing
to lead our digital growth strategy in Switzerland. In this leadership role, you will define and execute multi-channel digital marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
You will manage a high-performing team of digital marketers, performance specialists, and content creators, ensuring seamless integration across paid, owned, and earned channels. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking, analytical insight, and creative execution.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and lead the overall digital marketing strategy across all online channels.
* Manage and optimize digital performance campaigns (SEO, SEM, social, display, email, programmatic, etc.).
* Oversee website strategy, content, and user experience to maximize engagement and conversion.
* Define KPIs, track performance metrics, and deliver actionable insights to senior leadership.
* Manage digital marketing budgets and ensure optimal ROI on spend.
* Lead, mentor, and develop a multidisciplinary digital marketing team.
* Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Brand teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
* Identify and implement emerging digital tools, platforms, and best practices.
* Drive marketing automation, personalization, and CRM-based customer engagement initiatives.
* Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (GDPR, Swiss FADP).
Qualifications
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, or a related field.
* 8+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
* Proven track record of managing successful multi-channel digital campaigns.
* Deep knowledge of digital platforms and technologies (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, HubSpot, GA4, etc.).
* Strong analytical skills with experience in marketing data, KPIs, and reporting tools.
* Excellent leadership and stakeholder management abilities.
* Fluent in
English

* Experience in managing agencies, vendors, and digital transformation projects.
* Strategic mindset combined with hands-on executional experience.
