E-commerce Data Analyst

As a Data Analyst in our e-commerce team, you'll play a key role in helping us understand customer behavior, improve online performance, and make smarter business decisions. You'll analyze sales trends, marketing performance, website traffic, and conversion metrics — turning complex data into actionable insights that fuel our success.
What You'll Do
* Analyze e-commerce sales, marketing, and user behavior data to identify key trends and opportunities
* Build dashboards and reports to monitor performance metrics (traffic, conversion, ROI, etc.)
* Support data-driven decision-making for pricing, product assortment, and campaign strategies
* Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to optimize customer journeys
* Identify and communicate actionable insights to improve revenue, retention, and efficiency
What We're Looking For
* 2+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably within e-commerce or digital marketing
* Strong skills in
SQL
,
Excel
, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or Looker)
* Experience with
Google Analytics

Shopify
, or similar e-commerce platforms preferred
* Solid understanding of digital marketing metrics (CPC, CTR, conversion rate, CAC, LTV, etc.)
* Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to turn data into clear business recommendations
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills
