PERSONS SPECIFICATIONS Diplôme de l'Ecole de Commerce, Maturité commerciale/gymnasiale, CFC d'employé de commerce or equivalent Preference will be given to candidates with relevant experience in monetary payments processing at a bank or similar institution English at business level (B2-C1) Good Microsoft Office skills (Word and Excel) COMPETENCIES AND BEHAVIOURS Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage priorities efficiently in a demanding environment Strong interpersonal skills, a high level of motivation and flexibility Excellent communication skills with the ability and maturity to deal effectively with all levels of staff and management within the Group and/or third-party service providers A strong client care / service orientation Deals responsibly with confidential information Displays a high level of professional integrity Pro-active and solutions focused
