Your Role
Are you ready to build and lead a dedicated private markets franchise within a dynamic multi-family office that supports visionary tech entrepreneurs in managing and structuring their global wealth? This is a newly created leadership role for an experienced and highly motivated professional who can set the long-term strategy and roll up their sleeves to execute it.
We are looking for a Head of Private Markets to:
* Develop and execute a long-term private markets strategy across asset classes such as private equity, venture capital, infrastructure, and private debt
* Lead sourcing, due diligence, and selection of funds and investment partners, including single-fund and venture capital due diligence
* Structure and manage client access to private market opportunities, including through our own investment vehicles
* Build, manage, and grow a dedicated private markets team as the franchise develops
* Act as a trusted advisor to clients and colleagues on private market allocations and opportunities
Your Profile
* Passionate about your work and dedicated to contributing to the success of our firm
* A hard worker and strategic thinker who can both shape direction and execute on it
* At least 8 years' experience within private markets
* Demonstrated expertise across one or more private market asset classes (private equity, infrastructure, private debt, venture capital)
* A strong track record in fund due diligence and manager selection
* Familiarity with fund structuring and access vehicles
* An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build a function from the ground up
* Strong understanding of financial markets
* A master's degree in a relevant field
* Fluency in English; German is an advantage
* Swiss work permit
