We are looking for a skilled Payroll Co-Team Lead (50% work load) to join our global People & Culture (P&C) team in a job share model. In this role, you will partner closely with your job share counterpart to ensure the smooth and compliant delivery of payroll services across all Zühlke locations.This is a part-time leadership opportunity for someone who brings strong payroll expertise, thrives in collaborative environments, and values flexibility. You will not have disciplinary responsibility; instead, you’ll focus on operational leadership and process alignment. How you’ll make impactManage day-to-day payroll operations together with your job share partner, ensuring quality, compliance, and efficiency.Act as a trusted expert and internal point of contact for payroll-related questions, issues, and improvements.Coordinate internal SAP payroll processes within the team and liaise with Accounting and SAP Payroll consultants.Collaborate closely with P&C Business Partners, Centres of Expertise, and Finance teams to align processes and integrate systems (e.g. Workday, Vertec).Support audit readiness and manage payroll-related risks and controls.Contribute to global alignment efforts, ensuring consistent standards and a high-quality employee experience .Serve as the main contact point for employee requests, escalations and external authorities What’s important to usSeveral years of experience in Swiss payroll; additional international exposure is a plus.Sound knowledge of labour law, social security, and payroll audits.Experience working with digital HR tools – Workday knowledge is a strong asset.Strong communication skills in German and English.A collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in a job share and cross-functional setup.High attention to detail and a solution-oriented, service-minded approach.
