Job Description
Performance Marketing Manager is a central function within Group Marketing, where you will work with all SMG Swiss Marketplace Group AG business units and join a team of digital and performance marketing experts.
* You will plan, manage and optimise the Search Engine Advertising efforts for various SMG brands.
* You will work with other digital marketing channels (Social ads, programmatic, display) and are willing to step in for other channels when required.
* You will drive performance, monitor, analyse and recommend optimisation and growth opportunities with a strong testing mindset.
* You are comfortable challenging the status quo and will actively contribute to the optimisation of the processes and workflows.
* You will work together with our brands to achieve their marketing goals and ensure the implementation of digital marketing best practices.
* You will work with different marketing professionals, focusing on ad product & creative innovation, audience and data strategy, and measurement and attribution opportunities.
Qualifications
* Native German speaker and fluent in English (our business language).
* +6 years of experience on various digital channels with a very strong focus on Paid Search. Other digital marketing channels experience is a plus.
* Proven track record in Google Ads.
* Experience with the Google Marketing platform (SA360, DV360, CM360).
* Solid hands‑on experience with GA4, Looker Studio, Google Sheets and Google Tag Manager.
* Feed management tools proficiency, with a strong Google Shopping experience.
* Enjoy working with different stakeholders with a service mindset, flexibility and comfortability with priority changes.
* Problem‑solver with a high ability in troubleshooting, with a reliable and proactive attitude.
* Excellent project management skills, highly organised and detail‑oriented, with the ability to manage simultaneous tasks in an extremely fast‑paced environment.
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology or equivalent practical experience.
