We’re looking for a Project Manager to drive planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met while managing stakeholders and dependencies.

* Define and apply project management methods based on program needs
* Develop proposals and project plans with clear benefits, milestones, and deliverables
* Oversee project scope, schedule, budget, and quality
* Coordinate with R&D and engineering to ensure proper staffing and sprint execution
* Ensure timely, high-quality engineering outputs across the value chain
We Elevate... Your Best Self
* Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering or related field
* Certified in project management
* At least 2 years of project management experience
* Skilled in managing multiple projects and resource planning
* Strong track record of driving efficiency across project portfolios
* Fluent in English; good German skills preferred
