Overview German Speaking - Customer Support Agent iGaming in Malta - Relocation Inc. This role is based in Malta with a relocation package. The listed base pay range is provided by Next Job Abroad and the final pay will be based on skills and experience.
Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service to German-speaking clients via chat, email, and phone
Address and resolve customer inquiries and concerns promptly and efficiently
Educate customers about products and services to enhance their gaming experience
Work closely with the team to ensure high-quality service delivery
Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system
Gather customer feedback and relay insights to support continuous improvement
Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and service skills
Requirements Fluency in German and a good command of English; knowledge of other languages is beneficial
Prior experience in customer support or a related role is preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
Ability to multitask and effectively manage time in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools is an asset
Willingness to relocate to Malta and engage in a new cultural experience
A genuine interest in gaming and knowledge of the iGaming industry is a significant plus
