We are seeking for one our of client based in Geneva, a company specialized in digital asset trading, a Head of Insitutional Sales .
Responsabilities :
* Build and nurture strategic partnerships with institutional investors, such as wealth managers, private banking entities, family offices, and alternative investment funds.
* Market a diverse range of innovative financial products, including tokenization services, secure custody solutions, digital asset trading, and blockchain-based infrastructure.
* Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in both traditional financial markets and the cryptocurrency sector.
* Identify and pursue business opportunities with over-the-counter (OTC) trading desks, liquidity providers, and market-making entities in the crypto space.
* Serve as a reliable consultant for clients navigating tokenized financial products and regulated decentralized finance (DeFi) opportunities.
* Work closely with internal teams, including product development, compliance, and technology, to deliver solutions tailored to market needs.
Profile :
* At least 5 years of experience in institutional sales or business development within financial services, fintech, or the cryptocurrency industry.
* Extensive network within traditional asset management or buy-side financial institutions.
* Deep knowledge of or established relationships within the crypto institutional landscape, including familiarity with market makers, OTC desks (e.g., firms like Cumberland, N2C, or B2C2), and tokenized financial infrastructure providers (e.g., Circle, Anchorage, or Polkadot).
* Proven ability to engage with industry professionals and foster strong client relationships.
* Strong understanding of blockchain technologies, including tokenization processes, digital asset custody, and cryptocurrency trading platforms.
* Comfortable collaborating with both business-oriented and technical stakeholders to drive successful outcomes.
