Events & Communications Coordinator 50 %

Your impact:
* Plan, organize, and execute international trade shows, exhibitions, and customer events
* Coordinate event logistics, booth setup, suppliers, and external partners
* Manage event-related marketing materials and ensure brand consistency
* Support webinars and virtual events in collaboration with product and sales teams
* Maintain communication schedules for press releases and media outreach
* Support internal communications and company-wide updates
* Collect and manage event leads in collaboration with the CRM team
* Assist in creating content for event-related campaigns and company news
* Degree or professional training in marketing, communications, or event management
* Experience in planning and organizing events is an advantage
* Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
* Excellent communication skills and a service-oriented mindset
* Fluent in German and English (spoken and written)
* Proactive, team-oriented, and able to perform under time pressure
* Willingness to travel and represent Essemtec professionally at events
