Position Responsibilities:
1. Lead sessions with business stakeholders to gather requirements and obtain sign-offs.
2. Develop and maintain critical documentation, including Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and source-to-target mappings (STM).
3. Ensure project teams deliver data assets that meet business needs.
4. Collaborate with various teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment.
5. Conduct data analysis, data profiling, and metadata collection.
6. Manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities with business teams and secure necessary approvals.

Required Qualifications:
9. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
10. 5–10 years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in the Wealth Management sector.
11. Experience with data-centric projects, including master data management, data integration, data warehousing, and reporting.
12. Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries for data analysis and providing insights.
13. Experience delivering data documentation artifacts within project deadlines, including Business Requirements Documents (BRD), Use Case/Unit Testing, and obtaining sign-offs.
14. No licenses required.
Preferred Qualifications:
15. Experience with major trading platforms and performance management platforms such as Bloomberg Polar Lake, SimCorp Dimension, Findur, Apex, Eagle, Charles River, Sylvan, and Calypso.
16. Familiarity with the Hadoop ecosystem and tools.
17. Exposure to Azure is a plus.
