Your Profile: * Degree in electrical, mechanical, or industrial engineering. * 3-7 years of experience in technical product development in the lighting sector. * Knowledge of lighting standards and control systems (DALI-2, wireless). * Experience with China and sourcing processes. * Fluent in French and English. * Strong leadership, cross-functional coordination, and focus on quality and performance. \\LI-PM1 \\LI-Hybrid
