Explore and execute new market entries & strategic opportunities: building and leveraging a network of advisors and industry contacts, you will identify, evaluate and execute strategic opportunities (outside of existing markets), driving the process from start to finish. Additionally, you will evaluate opportunities to enter new countries from the ground up, including analysis of market fundamentals, competitive landscape and operating models.
Prepare and communicate transaction updates: summarising the terms of deals, including strategic, economic and legal aspects, you will prepare investment papers and communicate clear recommendations on if and how to proceed with potential transactions.
