Sales Professional - Mid-Enterprise Accounts
We are seeking a skilled Sales Professional to grow our mid-enterprise accounts in Switzerland and Austria. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.
About the Role:
* You will work closely with our inside renewals team to identify and pursue new business opportunities in Switzerland and Austria.
* Utilizing a consultative sales approach, you will position our security solutions to meet the evolving needs of our clients.
* Develop account plans to improve an account strategy and collaborate with technical pre-sales and PS teams to develop solutions and conduct workshops.
* You will engage senior executives within assigned accounts and manage sales CRM tool to produce weekly forecasting.
* Fluency in English and German is required, and MEDDPICC or MEDDIC training is advantageous.
About You:
* Strong understanding of the security market and trends affecting businesses, especially those migrating to the cloud and implementing digital transformations.
* Proven experience working within a matrixed organization and taking distressed accounts to become top-producing customers.
* Able to achieve pipeline goals and demonstrate a track record of transforming accounts from old/stale to exciting to do business with.
