Your key responsibilities
* Prepare and execute sauces, stocks, jus, reductions and hot garnishes to the highest standards, ensuring consistency in flavour and quality.
* Take full ownership of the saucier section during service, managing timing, organisation and workflow to guarantee a smooth operation.
* Support the kitchen team with strong technical expertise across hot preparations, contributing to an overall high-level culinary performance.
* Maintain composure and efficiency during busy periods, ensuring precise execution under pressure.
* Pay close attention to detail and presentation, ensuring dishes are finished and plated with care and aesthetic appeal.
* Monitor product quality, storage and mise en place, following hygiene (HACCP) and safety standards at all times.
* Continuously strive to exceed guest expectations by delivering exceptional taste and memorable dining experiences.

What you bring to the job
* Completed training as a Cook (EFZ).
* 3-4 years of professional experience, including at least 2 years in 5-star hospitality.
* Good spoken Italian and English; German is an advantage.
* Strong commitment to quality and a keen eye for detail.
* Resilient, with a positive attitude and enjoyment of teamwork.
* High level of motivation and dedication.

Our offer
* Fixed-term seasonal position from early June to early September 2026; further seasons are welcome.
* 5-day work week with an average of 43.5 hours per week.
* 5 weeks of vacation and 6 public holidays per year.
