We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Practical Trainer B1/B2 to join our team and support the continuous development of our engineering workforce. This position plays a vital role in delivering high-quality technical training in compliance with EASA Part-145/147, as well as customer-specific and third-party regulatory requirements.

Your responsibilities
* Ensure engineers are equipped with the latest technical knowledge, procedures, and use of tools and equipment.
* Promote and uphold a positive Safety Culture and ensure the implementation of our Safety & Regulatory Compliance Policy.
* Design, implement, and maintain structured, gap-free training programs.
* Assess employee competencies, identify skill gaps, and support development.
* Track and report on employee progress, training attendance, and outcomes.
* Develop and deliver technical training programs, both in classrooms and on-site.
* Prepare training materials such as presentations, worksheets, and agendas.
* Conduct refresher, onboarding, procedure-specific, and type-specific training.
* Deliver training sessions in various formats: in-person, virtual, workshops, or one-on-one.
* Conduct On-the-Job Training (OJT) as required.
* Monitor training effectiveness and drive continuous improvements.
* Create and assign continuous training modules in line with regulations.
* Support field and recovery teams and act as a Certifying Staff when required.
* Ensure aircraft operate under full airworthiness and that relevant documentation is current.
* Ensure compliance with all maintenance, safety, and environmental standards.
* Foster clear communication, reporting, and act as a mentor to engineers.
Your profile
* Proven operational experience in aviation maintenance; minimum 10 years as a licensed aircraft engineer.
* Strong educational and instructional background with at least 2 years developing technical training.
* Certified Technical Trainer (e.g., CTT+ or equivalent, EASA Part-145/147 qualifications).
* B1 Licensed Engineer – A320 Current.
* Familiarity with modern training tools and techniques.
* Strong understanding of health, safety, and quality procedures.
* Excellent command of English (verbal and written) – minimum C1 level.
* Proficient in MS Office and digital presentation tools.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a team-oriented approach.
* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple training initiatives.
* High level of customer service orientation and professionalism.
