About the RoleWe are looking for a dynamic and experienced Supervisor Product Life Cycle (PLC) to lead our team in managing products and services throughout their life cycle. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth product introduction, pricing, upgrades, and phase-in/phase-out processes, while driving initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction and service sales.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and develop the PLC team to achieve annual targets for spares, consumables, and parts.Oversee product data management, pricing, forecasting, install base management and reporting to ensure accurate and timely information.Drive the development of new products and upgrades, ensure effective phase-in/phase-out processes for inks and spare partsManage marketing activities for the service portfolio, including campaigns and communication materials.Support ERP key user activities and AI-driven solutions.Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
