About Our Client
Our client is a well-established medium-sized organization in Basel.
Job Description
* Manage and coordinate the executive's calendar, including scheduling meetings and appointments.
* Organize travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
* Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports as required.
* Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
* Act as a point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
* Maintain and organize filing systems, both digital and physical.
* Support the team with administrative tasks and special projects as needed.
* Ensure seamless communication and coordination across departments.
The Successful Applicant
* A degree or certification in administration or business.
* Proficiency in English and German; French is a plus.
* Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
* Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
* A proactive and solution-oriented approach to tasks.
