You are responsible for:
Patrolling the security premises
Monitoring access to secure areas
Supervising and protecting sensitive data
Evacuating and initiating emergency measures
Leading a team of two to six agents
Preparing and reviewing reports
Adjusting shift schedules in case of personnel shortages
Qualifications Have experience in the security field
Be willing to work irregular hours (3-shift operation, including night and weekend shifts)
Be familiar with modern technology and possess proficient computer skills
Be fluent in German, both spoken and written (minimum level B1), and have very good English skills (level B2)
Hold a valid residence permit and have a clean criminal record
