We are looking for a Business Development Manager for gut geregelt – the digital pension suite. Together with the founders, you will have an outsized impact, shaping the company through your experience and efforts in generating pipeline.
As Business Development Manager, you will manage sales activities for pension solutions in Switzerland, developing and executing on strategies for delivering on company goals while building long-term, valuable relationships with our key clients and strategic partners.
Your responsibilities:
Source potential clients and strategic partners
Co-develop and execute sales plans in order to achieve company goals
Build your own pipeline and close deals
Support the CEO in preparing presentations and other sales materials

You are a strong entrepreneurial person with a strong hands-on mentality and at least 2 years of relevant experience

You speak fluent German, very good English, and have excellent communication and presentation skills
