What you doYou help external and internal service professionals develop their technical and commercial skills through in-person or virtual learning modules, with a focus on SMEs (non-life and life/provident). You interact with course participants, inform supervisors of their learning progress, or define effective measures to create a more suitable learning environment to achieve high results. You are involved in conceptual work as a subject matter expert and you develop existing or define new in-person or virtual modules as needed.What you bringA professional background in private insurance with federal certification, higher education, or equivalent is essential. Several years of experience in SME insurance consulting. A passion for teaching and learning, ideally with experience in adult education; the FSEA is a client with solid skills and knowledge of French and good knowledge of German (B2/C1).
