We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional to take on the role of Global Product Manager - Gas Analytics.

* This is a dynamic position that involves driving the development and success of our gas analytics product lines globally. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for owning the GPro 500 TDL analyzer and InPro 6800 G oxygen sensor product lines worldwide.
* You will act as a liaison between our factory and field teams, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
* Your primary responsibilities will include gathering market requirements, defining technical specifications for hardware, firmware, and software, and developing marketing and sales materials with our Global Marketing team.
* You will also oversee product quality notifications, troubleshoot field technical issues, coordinate root cause investigations, and champion engineering improvement projects.
* An additional responsibility will be managing product lifecycles, including phase-in and phase-out processes, and communicating product line changes to our sales channels.
* You will support local sales and technical teams worldwide with product launches, trainings, events, and customer education.
* Monitoring competitive products and technologies, clearly segmenting industries and applications, formulating clear product strength statements, and sales arguments will also be part of your duties.

Requirements:
* Bachelor's or master's degree in natural science, ideally in Chemistry, Physics, or Chemical Engineering, or related field.
* A minimum of 5 years of experience in a global matrix organization and possess experience in / knowledge of Product Management.
* Highly self-motivated, with a proactive approach and strong planning and organizational abilities.
* Able to motivate cross-functional teams, demonstrate good networking skills, and communicate confidently with international sales organizations and customers, both verbally and in writing.
* Experienced with international technical case management and effectively collaborate to handle sometimes complex issues across global teams.
* Strong task prioritization skills, maintain focus in dynamic environments, and comfortable making decisions even with imperfect information.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, and proficiency in German is a big plus.
* Willingness to travel worldwide about 10-15%.
