Mission
* Prepare and present dishes in your assigned section with consistency and quality.
* Support menu execution and contribute ideas for seasonal specials.
* Ensure hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards (HACCP) are maintained.
* Coordinate with colleagues to guarantee smooth kitchen operations.
* Assist in training and guiding Commis Chefs and apprentices.
* Monitor stock levels and report needs to the Sous-Chef.
* Actively participate in the implementation of the CSR policy
Profile
* Completed culinary training and professional kitchen experience.
* Fluent in English
* Solid knowledge of modern cooking techniques and food presentation.
* Reliable, organized, and able to work independently in your section.
* Strong sense of quality, hygiene, and safety standards.
* Team player with flexibility and a positive attitude.
