Your mission: As a socioprofessional master, you accompany persons with disabilities or socioprofessional difficulties in the development of their skills and their daily integration. You organize and supervise production activities. You also contribute to the development and outreach of the unit's brands, notably Kulô, and participate in the establishment of new activities, particularly in the artisanal field. Through your commitment, you promote the versatility of teams, the quality of work produced, and a dynamic of main responsibilities.Main Responsibilities:- Maintain and develop relationships with internal and external clients.- Ensure quality and adherence to deadlines for tasks assigned to the unit.- Participate in the monitoring of objectives and continuous improvement, in collaboration with the unit manager.- Contribute to the development of new activities and support the evolution of the unit’s projects.- Accompany ECG interns and participate in the transmission of know-how.Your profile: You hold a diploma as a socioprofessional master or a qualification as a socioprofessional supporter as well as a CFC in the secondary sector (trades in industry, and construction). You have the ability to work within a multidisciplinary team. You demonstrate an entrepreneurial spirit, solution-oriented, with a good understanding of production issues and/or a marked interest in marketing. Knowledge of German and/or Swiss German is an asset.
