We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Quality Assurance Manager to lead and continuously improve quality performance across our clients manufacturing operations. This is a senior role requiring strong technical depth, proven leadership, and the ability to operate effectively in a complex, multicultural, customer-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the Manufacturing Quality function, ensuring robust quality performance across production.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
* Ensure compliance with quality systems and industry standards, including ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and automotive core tools.
* Oversee quality activities related to IC production flows, including process development, audits, and failure analysis.
* Lead problem-solving activities using structured quality tools and methodologies.
* Manage customer quality requirements, acting as a key point of contact and ensuring expectations are met.
* Support project execution through strong project management practices.
* Lead, mentor, and develop quality teams, fostering collaboration and accountability.
Required Experience & Qualifications
* Engineering degree in Electronics, Microelectronics, or Physics.
* Minimum 10 years’ experience in a high-tech manufacturing environment.
* Experience within semiconductors - IC Front-End
* At least 5 years’ experience in a Quality Management or Quality Leadership role.
* Six Sigma Black Belt certification with strong Lean manufacturing experience.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
* Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive, results-driven mindset.
