Tasks & Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end schedules for operational readiness programs, including workload planning and updating resources' workload for the PCP operation (manufacturing building in Visp). Lead meetings with internal stakeholders (QA, QC, Ops, MSAT, Plant Engineering, support team) for updates and tracking. Support and own the planning of various projects (operational readiness, not CAPEX) and assist with tasks beyond scheduling.
Must-Haves
* Minimum 5 years of relevant industry experience.
* Full autonomy in Primavera P6 and proficiency in Excel.
* Data-driven mindset, open to data, comfortable developing schedules in Primavera and Excel.
Nice-to-Haves
* Strategic agility, feedback culture, proactive, comfortable challenging people.
* Leadership experience to support the team in building realistic schedules and detailed task-level scheduling.
* Knowledge of the pharmaceutical environment (operation/manufacturing) is a plus.
