Key Responsibilities :
* Receive, verify, and accurately record supplier invoices in a timely manner
* Ensure proper matching between purchase orders, delivery notes, and invoices (3-way matching)
* Monitor payment deadlines to avoid penalties and ensure optimal cash flow management
* Handle supplier disputes with professionalism and efficiency
* Prepare payments and coordinate their approval with the relevant departments
* Actively participate in monthly and quarterly closings, in collaboration with the finance team
Your Profile :
* 2 to 5 years of proven experience in a similar finance or accounting position
* Federal Diploma in Accounting or equivalent qualification is mandatory
* Solid command of accounting tools and ERP systems
* High attention to detail, discretion, and reliability
* Strong communication skills, team spirit, and ability to prioritize effectively
* Fluent in French and comfortable in English in a professional context
