To strengthen our team, we are looking for:
Community Associate (M/W)
* Greeting customers and guests in our Business Center
* Assist in proactive customer retention, satisfaction, and success within our business center
* Provide administrative and operational support for our customers’ requests
* Handle general reception activities, such as processing incoming and outgoing mail, supervising the switchboard, and procuring office materials
* Organize and coordinate events and community activities
* Manage quality and ensure compliance with Regus standards
* Coordinate daily cleaning and maintenance activities
* Manage daily routines for opening and closing the business center
* Set up our office and conference rooms
Your profile:
* High self-motivation and performance orientation, with flexibility and independence
* Diplomatic, tactful, and calm in dealing with customer issues and escalations
* Open to challenges and changes (can-do mentality)
* Excellent knowledge of German/French and English, both written and spoken
* Successfully completed vocational training, beginners are welcome
* Enjoy working with and for people
* Well-groomed appearance
* Strong communication skills and service-oriented approach
* Proficient in MS Office 365
