Within our Back-Office department, you will be part of the Institutional Settlement – Trades Settlement – Securities Lending Team:
Responsabilities
* Processing of transfer operations (all asset classes), global markets (RFP and DFP)
* Processing of trades (all asset classes), global markets (RVP and DVP)
* Migrations
* Processing of physical shares
* Processing/monitoring of Securities Lending activity
* Conduct reconciliation/investigation related to securities and/or cash
* Front-office support
* Daily contacts and monitoring with counterparts and custodians
* Daily usage of SWIFT messages MT54*/MT76*/MT599
* Usage of Telekurs, Bloomberg, GTMatch, GTExchange, T24, external portals and internal tools
Qualifications
* CFC in banking environment as a minimum
* Minimum 2 years of experience in a bank's Settlement Department.
* Fluent in French and in English; German would be a plus
* You have a strong command of the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word) and demonstrate a keen interest in enhancing technical tools, optimizing processes, and driving internal projects forward.
* You are stress resistant and you have a good learning capacity
* Ability to prioritize and deliver on multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment
* As a team player and with excellent communication skills, you want to join a dynamic team
