We are looking for a Product Content Manager - ACMP who will be responsible for the content available for our partners worldwide via Whatfix (digital adoption tool) and Knowledge Base (Confluence, Helpjuice, or other). This role involves managing the ALSO Cloud Marketplace (ACMP) product features documentation and feature release announcements (internal & external), working closely with the product and development teams to follow platform changes sprint after sprint. You will build automated platform guides and maintain them as the product evolves.
You will be part of a journey with an industry leader whose Cloud Marketplace empowers resellers to manage customer relationships end-to-end. With the ALSO cloud management platform, resellers can generate new revenue streams, increase customer retention, and gain rapid entry into the cloud business.
Job description :
* Create and maintain articles in Confluence, Helpjuice, or other knowledge bases.
* Create and maintain content in Whatfix: on-screen guidance flows.
* Own the Whatfix tool for ALSO Cloud Marketplace: create content (beacons, flows, smart tips), lead the project to integrate Whatfix and Confluence to maximize automation and increase platform usage.
* Stay updated on platform changes to ensure content is always current and aligned with new features.
* Collaborate with teams across Europe to plan new content for Whatfix.
* Create content in English, with potential translations into French and/or German, coordinating with external translators if necessary.
Your profile :
* Experience managing projects and understanding how digital and content creation tools work together.
* Previous experience writing technical content (troubleshooting guides, step-by-step instructions).
* Experience with knowledge base systems.
* Familiarity with Digital Adoption Tools (onscreen guidance, smart content within apps) or a quick learner.
* Proven troubleshooting skills.
* Responsibility, self-initiative, and excellent communication skills.
* Efficient organization and attention to detail.
* Fluent in English; French and German skills are a plus for in-house translations.
