Responsibilities
* Meet and exceed sales goals and standards of performance
* Sales analysis
* Maintaining a high level of customer service
* Ensuring administrative work (planning, shifts, focus…)
* Running the store
* Managing the effective team
* Evaluate the training needs of store employees and communicate those to the Store Manager
* Follow all Loss Prevention practices and protect company assets
* Respect and communicate positively about our brand
PROFIL REQUIRED
* Minimum 2 years experience as Supervisor
* Able to achieve great performance
* Willing to work under pressure
* Flexible with hours and able available to work weekends
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* English REQUESTED + Any others languages
