Key Responsibilities
* Work with insurance clients on their top-priority transformation agendas—shaping strategic direction and driving execution across analytics-led decision making, digital innovation, and AI-enabled transformation.
* Co‑create with the client and come up with solutions to their most complex challenges. Translating the solutions into workable plan and implementation roadmap, resolving problems spanning underwriting, claims, distribution, finance, customer experience and technology.
* Understand and clearly define the inputs required to create a business case and cost estimates. Then work closely with our delivery teams to bring the best value for the client’s investment.
* Support global and market level sales and drive the adoption of modern tech solutions for our clients.
* Articulate a compelling business/technology vision with insurance industry and functional expertise. Bringing the value proposition and impact of business/technology trends to our clients.
* Identify and prioritize value creation opportunities based on detailed assessment and analysis of current footprint.
Qualifications
* University Degree from a reputable university; MBA/ Master’s degree preferred.
* Minimum 3 years of working experience with insurance clients or insurance companies; experience in large‑scale system integration/data migration projects is preferred.
* Knowledge in insurance front‑office products/processes and insurance core system.
* Knowledge in project management (Waterfall/Agile Scrum).
* Experience in end‑to‑end insurance or retirement process and operating model design.
* Strong stakeholder management with business/IT stakeholders and subject matter experts, able to create and deliver high‑impact communication to senior audiences.
* Good command of written and oral English; Mandarin and Cantonese is preferred.
