What you can expect:
* You oversee the architecture, the development and the integration of standard and custom software solutions into the Hapimag realm.
* You coach other Engineers, fostering good architectural practices and clean code.
* You interact with other (non-technical) stakeholders in the solution discovery, integration, release and maintenance processes.
* You oversee the architecture of the Hapimag systems, including the front (user-facing) and the back (core) systems.
* You play a key role in Hapimag's digital transformation process!
What you bring along:
* Completed degree (FH, University, ETH) with a focus on computer science or equivalent.
* 3-5 years experience as a Software Architect.
* Additional experience as Solution or Enterprise Architect represents a significant advantage.
* Deep understanding of architecture principles, best practices and integrated systems, especially at an enterprise level.
* Strong background in software development, especially using backend technologies (Python, Java and their most popular frameworks such as FastAPI, Quarkus etc.).
* Proven experience in developing and integrating enterprise applications and solutions.
* Flair for information security and a deep understanding of its importance in software development and integrated systems.
* Good knowledge of DevOps (Kubernetes), databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and Pub-Sub technologies (Kafka or similar).
* Fluent communication (oral/written) in English is a prerequisite, German skills and other foreign languages are of significant advantage.
* Proactive, collaborative personality with a high sense of responsibility and didactic skills.
